A Cuban classic with a Scottish twist. Using Ninefold Pure Single Rum from Dumfries and Galloway as our base, we've added dry vermouth infused with pineapple skins (otherwise a waste product from one of our other drinks), sweet vermouth, orange liqueur and a homemade strawberry grenadine. Delicious.
