Our only current non Rum drink on the menu, the Rhubarb Paloma is a fruity and refreshing smasher which manages to incorporate some Tropical rum elements, and Scottish ingredients. We've paired excellent Blanco Tequila with Pimento Dram, a Jamaican allspice liqueur, grapefruit juice, and Scottish Rhubarb soda.
